## Register as Global OTC Merchant
Becoming an OTC Merchant on HUAX is a fairly straight forward process at

* [ ] Review within 1 business working day, approved UID will be added as OTC merchants to publish ads.
* [ ] Visit once approved.
* [ ] Set-up your Fiat OTC account
* [ ] Finish KYC Level 2 + register your contactable phone number + Fund Password
* [ ] Add your payment method + details for OTC orders

Once completed, your account will be able to place advertisement to buy/sell USDT, ETH & BTC up to your account balance.

## Placing OTC Advertisemnt

* Fixed price - If enable, the price is fixed and not fluctuated
* Trade Quantities - The total amount of crypto currency that user would like trade for
* Range - The willingness of minimum price user would like to trade - The willingness of maximum price user would like to trade

Users that are trading OTC at have to select
\- The country they have legal bank account in, for payments to be made.
\- Complete KYC + phone number binding will be required for OTC
\- Setup OTC account

1\. In order to prevent payment interception, bank card frozen or other issues, which may result payment delay or failure, please don't fill in information such as BTC, USDT, ETH as remarks during transfer.
2\. The real name of your Bank Card, Alipay, etc. should be the same with your KYC information, otherwise the seller may reject your order and make an appeal.
3\. In order to avoid the loss of assets, please make sure you click on "CONFIRM PAYMENT" after successful transfer, otherwise the order will be cancelled automatically when exceed time limit.
4\. for asset safety purpose, no withdrawal is allowed of equivalent OTC purchase asset amount within 36 hours.

Should one party did not fulfill their order in time, assets will be held by exchange temporarily until dispute has been resolved.
Any party can initiate the appeal and will be advised to resolve through the direct chat function. HUAX Team will also be notified about the dispute case.

Merchant upon accepting orders should follow-up by executing the order. As failure to follow-through will affect their ratings to other users.
OTC Merchant that have less than 60% acceptance rate and more than 4 appeal cases within a month, maybe subjected to deactivation of their OTC merchant rights.
