Guide to OTC Platform

To access the OTC Platform, select "Buy Crypto" on the website top bar.

OTC Platform

The OTC Platform allows for users to trade in their digital assets for fiat. Currently, USDT, BTC and ETH are allowed to be traded for fiat through electronic payments.

To use fiat to buy the digital asset, select "I want to Buy". To use digital assets to receive fiat, select "I want to Sell".

You will be able to see your order history at the “Order" tab.

A typical order will have these information:

• The trader's name and their reputation

• The electronic payment methods that they will accept

• The remaining amount of tokens left that they will accept or trade for

• The limit of tokens per transactions

• The unit price, or price per token

• The status of the order

Setting up the Fiat OTC Account

Before trading in the OTC Market, we require you to set up an OTC account, you can do so by selecting "Set Fiat OTC Account".

To set up a Fiat OTC account, we require the user to complete the following:

• Provide a trader username (The username may not be changed once set)

• Provide a password protecting the OTC Account

• Fill in a verification code provided through your Email or SMS via "Get Code"

• Complete your KYC

• Link an electronic payment method with us
